How It Works
Simple Fund Disbursement in Five Steps
1. Employer Calculates Payment
The employer determines the amount payable to each employee or worker.
2. Employer Submits Instructions
The employer provides Taasi with the required recipient information and the net amount authorized for distribution.
3. Employer Provides Funds
The employer transfers sufficient funds for the authorized disbursements through the agreed funding method.
4. Taasi Processes the Disbursement
Taasi processes the employer's authorized payment instructions through the applicable payment channel and service providers.
5. Recipient Receives Funds
Depending on availability and eligibility, the recipient receives funds through:
Reloadable prepaid card | EFT | Interac e-Transfer®
Clear Division of Responsibility
TAASI is Responsible For
Taasi facilitates the distribution of the amount authorized by the employer according to the payment instructions received and the applicable service agreement.
Important
Taasi does not determine employee wages or calculate payroll deductions on behalf of the employer unless such a service is expressly introduced and contracted separately in the future.
The Employer Is Responsible For
The employer determines employee/worker compensation, calculates payroll where applicable, makes required deductions, handles government remittances, maintains employment/payroll records as required, provides accurate recipient information and provides sufficient funds for disbursement.
